Newham is one of London's most deprived boroughs, and at the same time has one of the highest numbers of young people being left behind. Nearly half of children here grow up in poverty. The cost-of-living crisis, lack of opportunity, and shrinking public services are pushing them to the margins.

The emotional toll on their mental health and wellbeing has never been greater. At a time when they need support the most, the safety nets that should catch them are wearing thin.

Youth Active exists to change that. We provide a safe, inclusive space where young people aged 10–18 can learn, grow, and belong — but we can only do it with your help.
